Effect: -Target: all enemies. Applies Karma.

Ability Power boosted by 10 for each increase in Skill level.
-Target: all enemies. Reduces all stats by 80% for 150 seconds.
-Target: all enemies. Applies debuff removal resistance that blocks debuff removal, special debuff removal, or kismet 1 time.
-Target: yourself. Applies Water Spirit's Crest for 120 seconds ([Heraldic] Increases max HP by 500%, increases all stats by 50%, increases water elemental attack for all allies by 40, enchants the attacks of all allies with a 25% Fire Bane.
