Effect: -Target: all enemies. Applies Karma.
-Target: all enemies. Removes buffs.
-Target: all enemies. Ability Power 500. Success value 100. 3x magic damage (Water).
Ability Power boosted by 10 for each increase in Skill level.
-Target: all enemies. Reduces all stats by 60% for 130 seconds.
-Target: all enemies. Applies debuff removal resistance that blocks debuff removal, special debuff removal, or kismet 1 time.
-Target: yourself. Applies Water Spirit's Crest for 100 seconds ([Heraldic] Increases max HP by 500%, increases all stats by 50%, increases water elemental attack for all allies by 40, enchants the attacks of all allies with a 25% Fire Bane. Only one Heraldic effect may be active at a time (between both allies and enemies). When a new Heraldic effect is activated, the older effect will be removed. This effect is not affected by Time Slice or Time Extend).
