Ability Power boosted by 10 for each increase in Skill level.
-Target: all allies. Increases all stats by 180% for 120 seconds.
-Target: all allies. Increases buff limit for all stats by 100% for 120 seconds.
-Target: all allies. Activates Vital Strike (10% chance to increase Damage by 50%) for 120 seconds.
-Target: all allies. Applies kijin (increases max HP by 100%; nullifies debuffs; nullifies Unison gauge reduction; boosts Ability Power of critical hits by 50; increases attack Ability accuracy by 30%; permits piercing through damage reduction, damage reflection, and damage nullifying effects when attacking) for 120 seconds.
-Target: yourself.
