-Target: all allies. Increases buff limit for all stats by 70% for 130 seconds.
-Target: all allies. Increases max HP by 80% for 130 seconds.
-Target: all allies. Applies Absolute (increases the maximum number of Attack Skills that can activate by 1) for 70 seconds.
