-Target: all allies. Increases max HP by 80% for 130 seconds.
-Target: all allies. Activates Vital Strike (10% chance to increase Damage by 50%) for 130 seconds.
-Target: all allies. Increases Cost recovery speed by 10 for 130 seconds.
-Target: all allies. Increases Unison gauge gains by 1 for 130 seconds.
